This Distance Sales Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made between Uraw Cosmetics (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to set forth the terms and conditions for sales made via the internet.

Article 1: Subject

This agreement regulates the sale, delivery, and payment terms of products sold by the Seller through the Uraw Cosmetics website.

Article 2: Formation of the Agreement

2.1. The Buyer reviews the products offered by the Seller on the website www.urawcosmetic.com and places an order.
2.2. Once the Buyer completes the order, the Seller processes the order and initiates the necessary procedures for shipping the product.
2.3. The Agreement is accepted by the Seller once the order is confirmed.

Article 3: Products and Prices

3.1. The Seller clearly specifies the list of products, descriptions, prices, payment options, and shipping costs on the website.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the products. However, no changes will be made to the prices after the order has been placed.

Article 4: Order and Payment

4.1. The Buyer selects the desired product(s), determines the payment method, and completes the order.
4.2. The Seller will ship the product after receiving the payment.
4.3. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other available payment methods.
4.4. The Buyer must review the product price, payment options, and shipping fees before completing the payment.

Article 5: Delivery and Return

5.1. The product will be delivered to the Buyer within the specified time after the order is received.
5.2. The delivery time may vary depending on the Buyer's address and the chosen courier company.
5.3. The Buyer must check the product for damages upon delivery. Damaged products must be returned with a report from the courier company.
5.4. Return conditions are outlined in the Return and Exchange Conditions section.
5.5. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product within 14 days after delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal

6.1. The Buyer has the right to return the products within 14 days from the contract date.
6.2. The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
6.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must contact Customer Service by calling 0850 480 87 29 or emailing [company email address].
6.4. The Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product.
6.5. Once the return is approved, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer using the same payment method within 7 business days.

Article 7: Product Warranty and Legal Liability

7.1. The Seller guarantees that the products sold are as described and free of defects.
7.2. The Buyer should read the product specifications and usage instructions correctly and use the product appropriately.
7.3. The Seller is not responsible for any damage or loss arising directly from the product, but only for the product's features and warranty.

Article 8: Privacy and Protection of Personal Data

8.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal information only as required by the contract and legal obligations.
8.2. The Buyer's personal information is protected under the Personal Data Protection and Cookie Policy.

Article 9: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. This Agreement is governed by Turkish Law.
9.2. In the event of any disputes between the parties, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.

Article 10: Effectiveness

10.1. This Agreement enters into force once the Buyer completes the order and the Seller ships the product.
10.2. This Agreement is binding for both the Buyer and the Seller.
