Return Conditions and Process

When you wish to return the product(s) ordered through www.urawcosmetic.com for any reason after receiving the delivery, the following procedures apply:

Return Request

  • You must submit your return request to our Customer Service within 7 business days after receiving the order by calling our customer support line at +90 850 480 87 29.

  • Returns can only be made within 7 business days from the delivery date. If this period is exceeded, the return process cannot be completed.

Return Product Shipping

  • You can only send return products to us through our contracted courier companies. Returns sent via a courier company other than those we work with will not be accepted.

  • The shipping costs for the returned products will be borne by the customer.

Conditions for Return Products
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and its packaging must not be damaged. There should be no signs of use, cracks, missing parts, or damages on the product.

  • The original invoice and a note explaining the reason for the return must be sent with the returned product.

  • The product must be in its original box and packaging. Products with damaged packaging or those that have been used cannot be returned.

Post-Return Process

  • Once your return reaches our company, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to initiate the return process.

  • After your return is approved, the product amount will be refunded to you in the same method you used for payment within 7 business days.

    • Credit Card Return: Due to interbank communication, the refunded amount may reflect on your card within 24-48 hours.

    • Other Payment Methods: The refunded amount will be returned using the same payment method.

Refund

  • For credit card payments, due to the communication time between banks, the refunded amount may reflect on your card within 24-48 hours.

  • If your refund does not appear in your account, it is recommended to first contact your bank.

Precautions During Delivery

  • When receiving your order from the courier company, be sure to open the package and check it.

  • If you notice any issues (e.g., broken, missing items, torn packaging, etc.), you must have a report prepared with the courier company.

  • You must return problematic products to us along with the courier company.

Return Notification

  • When your return is processed in our warehouse, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address.
